Why is "The Aspinall Trust" Which employs Johnson's Lady friend as "Head of Communications on a salary of £90,000 , being investigated ?.
Is this anything connected to Conservative Cronyism again. ?

Put the drum down Tora, it's tedious now - if you can't answer the question despite other people providing links then walk away.

11.43 "If the roles were reversed and the Prime Minister were a woman". Would we call him Doris instead.
if that is all you got to add Gulliver?
but they aren't.
I think Boris is doing a decent enough job. I didn't think he would be up to it but he seems to be growing into the role. I guess all PMs rely heavily on their advisers unless they are of exceptional stature like the great lady!
To answer the OP, in this case no.

However there are plenty of instances of cronyism (in all parties) and I for one cannot stand the PM's latest squeeze. Nor him for that matter - I consider him a lying buffoon who seems to be listening with his little head rather than the one on his shoulders. Ms Symonds was not elected and should keep her lefty green agenda to herself. And Johnson should ignore her and listen to his voters.
YMB, how do you or anyone for that matter know if he is reliant on his partner, no one does.

Even "the great lady" (I assume you mean Thatcher rather than May) discussed things with her Spouse, Dennis.
So are you saying all these green ideas are from him then?

That's even worse, so he lied to us to get elected then?

I dont like the man, he is not a Tory, he has hijacked my Party for his own ends. I want my proper Tory Party back not a reincarnation of Bliars New Labour.
i am sure she did, but doubt very much if she took policies of state to him for advice, or let him lead her by the nose..
Discussion is one thing, pushing the spouses political preferences, especially when they do not fit with the elected party is another.
Boris does try to be a people pleaser and that irritates me at times, I’d like him to be more definitive in his actions , why stop another 4 countries coming in for example , why not now? Why next Friday, ?
That said , the alternative gives me shudders thinking about it, crack on Mr J
the country is going green in many ways, none more so in energy, pollution and in the Capital to do with traffic, with the likes of Sian Berry a Mayoral candidate and Sadiq khan vying for the green issues, so this is not something just landed on the PM desk.
though it didn't go through, thank heavens, wasn't Boris interested in getting a bridge built that would encompass Greenery all over it. Long before Carrie came on the scene i would think.
I ‘heart’ Boris. What with Brexit and Covid he has had the most unenviably difficult job of any Prime Minister since World War II and I don’t think he’s doing so badly - so nuts to his critics.

which seems to be all one can say, i like Boris for what its worth
"i too found endless links, but was patiently waiting for Gulliver to do a link/follow up to his comments. TTT perhaps didn't see it at first. " - I did see it but I wanted a link from Gulliver, how do I know it's the correct story?
TTT he won't or can't

12.06 And how do you know that Boris is NOT, reliant on his partners advice. ?.
its the Aspinall Foundation story. Naomi and Maggie both have linked to it.
