Don't bother, naomi. Your mind already seems ri be made up that Muslims just can't help themselves, because of their religion.
My view is that all sane adults are responsible for their own actions. We will never agree... but I admire your kindness and understanding towards violence.
This is the thread Pix was quoting where Naomi agreed with her (17.08) but I'm not sure it's exactly the same context:

You’re making a fool of yourself again, pixie.
Thank you, zacs! Not exactly the same context, but same principle. Hypocrisy is not good x
And you’d be right, Zacs. It isn’t in the same context.
Lol. Why not respond, naomi? Assuming you have an actual answer- instead of vague attempts at insults....
You do seem to have some...erm...wacky ideas, Pix. Like you can't make sane people do what they don't want to. Your argument asserting this was flimsy and seemed to be based on 'because I say so' rather than being able to link to any evidence to support your claim.

Anyway, you crack on. I'm outta here.
I’ve responded. If anything that thread illustrates precisely what I’m saying. A religious person’s truth isn’t your truth - and all the rationalising in the world won’t change that. He will still regard his truth as truth. That’s it.
Pretty much the actual definition of "sane" zacs... but I agree. This is a waste of time here....x
// And you’d be right, Zacs. //
well that is the nearest you are gonna to praise Zaki -
no matter how praiseworthy you might be

oer 200 posts ( I hesitate to call them answers) - so well done Mushroom, on a non-Brexit subject

as a Roman if people want to insult the Bishop of Rome, then so what

"A house divided against itself cannot stand." And the muslums are very well aware of that fact. For example, look and read what is happening of this one thread on one of many social-media platforms.
.// I’ve no idea what you’re talking about pixie.//

it is all there - ma leedol choux.
Blimey people dont mind blaarting about something and then ending wiv a crushing - "ya wha'? - - - what dat den!"

I wd never say that - i wd say - Quid est veritas?
Jn 18 37 - sorry cant be arrissed to do the Greel ( ti esti alytheia)
Naomi - // AH. Nonsense. A Muslim’s truth is that Mohammed is beyond criticism in any way - and for him that is the absolute truth. No question. //

I think you are missing my point, let me try again -

Truth is an absolute, and one of the best places to find the opposite of truth, is in religion - any religion.

Religion, I am sure you will agree, is based on faith.

Faith is based on something that cannot be proved, and therefore cannot be the truth, which has irrefutable evidence, otherwise it is not the truth.

Yet again you refer to 'A Muslim's truth ...' when there is no such thing, only a Muslim's belief, which is not the same thing at all.

I know you understand the difference between what is true - the truth - and what is believed - any religion, and if course, you think as I do that a Christian's 'truth' is not the truth at all, merely what they believe.

// Pixie at 14.43. You appear to have lost the plot completely. //

Offensive and uncalled for.

// Danny. Think. //

Patronising, and uncalled for.

all very paschal - my dears
PP... naomi will just claim not to understand that.
AH, I know what you think. You’ve told me.

As for //Offensive and uncalled for.//

Did you miss this:

/Naomi likes to apologise and make excuses for violent Muslims as much and often as possible.//

..and // Patronising, and uncalled for.//

// I don't need to open my eyes. They are open enough to see your antipathy towards people of a certain race or religion.//

…or do you read only what you want to read?
//Naomi likes to apologise and make excuses for violent Muslims as much and often as possible.//
Naomi, on any thread, you are the first to apologise for Muslim violence, by suggesting it is due to their religion and they just can't help it. You argue this all the time...

But the majority of us realise that sane adults are responsible for their own actions. It is actually the definition. Genuinely, I admire your kindness- but it is misplaced.
Pixie, carrying on making yourself look ridiculous if that's what you want to do. I'll leave you to it.
Bless ya :-) x
I don't think naomi has EVER 'apologised' for muslim behaviour !
