Begum's old passport would be the EU one. Technically she can travel to the EU but since Brexit, not UK.

Can only hope and pray that this sort of decision becomes the norm in these cases because I believe the uk population in general are fed up of this sort of thing happening too often and after the Manchester attack the judges have realised that it cannot continue, we have had enough of being a soft touch
