Well, it's a damn sight better than no deal, which is the alternative. I get the odea.that some folk would rather that had happened just so they could paint Boris as the villain. He's done a good job in this instance.

Nitty, did you think we'd get 100% our own way? Concessions need to be made on both sides for a sensible deal to emerge. Of course I'd like 100% my own way on everything but that's not realistic, I think the PM and UVDL have been sensible enough to extract a realistic deal for all concerned.
