Saw this item on the news, TTT, turned to my daughters and said, "They should throw them in nick for the rest of their hols." Why is it always fat, drunken, middle-aged Brits that seem to think rules don't apply to them? Karma would be if they contracted the virus and had to self isolate on their return home.

The sunny warm climate does something to the British brain. I suspect it’s because we live in a generally wetish climate ourselves and once out and about in the world we lose all sense of decorum and sensibleness.

I have always thought and often said when in Rome do as the Romans do. So regardless of a Brit abroad or a foreign National here you live and work to the rules and laws in the place you are residing.

These idiots should be under house arrest and once this is over brought to book.

Conversations with people (locals) in a number of countries on different continents have revealed a very low opinion of the "English" (which usually means British) including that if ever there is a brawl (in holiday areas) it always involves the "English". Other undesirable traits are attached in different locations/circumstances.
