It's apparently going to return again and again and in order to defend we have to catch it anyway.

I've no idea. And why on earth has everyone listened to Roger Daltrey declaring it a Pandemic?
I'l be having a case of Corona tonight. Will only drink 2 or three though, friday and all that.
//And why on earth has everyone listened to Roger Daltrey declaring it a Pandemic?//

Are you trying to put him down?
Go listen to Michal Osterholm Zacs.
That’s right.
But the “fuss” is because there’s at the moment no immunity and the health services are going to be stretched to deal with serious cases.
Especially stretched when half the staff start to self isolate!
Hysteria whipped up by the MSM. They are loving it.
May I here thank all those intending to catch it in order to provide herd immunity for the rest of us.

I'll await the vaccine, thanks again.
Mozz - "Are you trying to put him down?"

Bravo.
No one knows how many are asymptomatic, plus it's interesting to see all the News about the deaths but not about the recoveries (the vast majority).

I really do think it is time for the SM around the World to be curtailed since they clearly do not self regulate. They have shown continually no responsibility and this has got worse since the 24hr news channels.
Yes they said that yesterday on the live briefing. We need healthy not at risk people to catch it, but we need the process to be slow and they need to not pass it to the at risk groups. The fuss is about slowing the herd immunity process and protecting the vulnerable. see "flattening the curve"
Quite woof, if anyone bothers to listen to the experts they could understand, but far easier to take cheap shots at Boris for 'not doing enough' by those arm chair experts.

There is so much 'fake news' about it is almost unbelievable.
Why all the fuss about corona.? Emm, I think its to do with people dying from a uncontrollable virus that's spreading round the world at a uncontrollable pace. The other little bit of fuss is hospitals will have to allow some folk to die, when they could normally save them. Hope this explains the fuss.?
why will they have to "allow some folk to die" Some will die but I think that will be despite best efforts not because anyone allows it.
^ No not really, there are billions, trillions in the world and a few catch it and not all die, only those with underlying health problems and if they are elderly. The scaremongering and the panic is pathetic and all this 'self-isolation' what a load of utter bull!! I live alone with my only daughter many miles away. Who will do my shopping, who will walk my dogs? I have had a cold and just carried on as normal and here I am still alive and kicking and not in the least worried. I wonder what you'll all be moaning about this time next year?! The panic and scaremongering on here is mind blowing. GET A GRIP!!! Disagree with me all you want, I don't care.
The numbers of infected are rising, and currently exponentially. That's something to be concerned about. As Johnson said, a lot more families will lose loved one before their time because of this before the crisis is over.
woof, have you not been listening to the news? more so in Italy, they do not have enough equipment,,/ staff to deal with it, they have already said it will come to the point where they will have to choose who gets treatment and who don't, depending on age and other factors, and the same will happen here to if they get high numbers.
I bet you wouldn't be this selfish if you or your daughter had an underlying health problem, Georgesgirl.
My 16 year old son has asthma, which is fairly controlled now- he is fine with sports etc, but triggered, even with a normal cold. I would do anything possible to prevent him getting this.
