Mr Hughes was a knockout. No notes, fifteen minutes plus with lots of quips and lots of facts. Great stuff. About time we had a few people in the Commons with a bit of gumption and gusto. I'm just watching Jezza's response (I'm about 20 mins behind - had to stop for a cuppa). What a morose, wailing and pitiful reply. He's just prattling on about "net zero carbon emissions". Abacus, just in the picture, is very heavy-eyed and I'm sure she was dozing off at one point. Priceless!
