Free Broadband for the entire country pledged today.

We're obviously building up to a free house and your own hospital to be offered on the day before voting!

More conservative votes from the people who will lose out well done Jeremy
08.10 I see that eight Brexit Party Candidates have each been offered a peerage if they stand down. How much lower can the Tories sink.
Vote Labour and get everything free! Magic!
Vote Tory and fill the pockets of the rich! Magic
Yeah! Go for it! :o)
WOW!!! these prezzies are rolling in thick and fast for crimbo, I'm really excited, just now waiting for free gas and electric :0) :0) anyone else excited??
"BT shares down......" As long as there's enough left in the pot to refund me my £41.63, generated by my very recent broadband switch :-)
Actually, free everything is the best idea Labour has had because once they destroy business and, hence jobs, and put everyone out of work, no one will be able to afford to pay for anything. Great stuff Labour!
Free sausage rolls from Greggs for life. :0)
9.45 alleged and denied!

Sorry Danny!
Nellie, no apology necessary. My post was intended for Gulliver.
I have doubts it will have made any impression!
> Labour is promising free full fibre broadband to every UK home by 2030 – if it wins the election – by bringing part of BT back into public ownership.

Well the rest of BT would go down the tubes because, once you have free broadband, who needs a phone?

You might have thought free water or free electricity would come above free broadband. Useful though broadband is, it's hardly the most essential utility.

And of course it wouldn't be free anyway. Like free roads, it's paid for out of taxation.
I would rather not pay my taxes for some unemployed scrounger to get free internet. That's not how you motivate people to get up and get out there to make something for themselves.

Broadband does not need to be in the public sector. It is a luxury, not a human right.
Can you still vote on-line. Or is it the cart before the horse scenario.

Before it bolts.
"I would rather not pay my taxes for some unemployed scrounger to get free internet."

Quite.

Unfortunately, Labour's largesse with other people's money has never known any bounds.
