The answer depends on whether or not, as I pointed out earlier, you are willing to band an entire section of the world's population together because of extremists in their faith.
Some believe that the Koran encourages the antihalation of non-believers, but that could apply to any religious tract, the Bible included.
All it needs is for one or more psychopaths to use their faith to hang their murderous intentions on, because then they can convince themselves that they are killing for their 'cause and faith', as opposed to the reality, which is that they happen to like killing people, and make themselves feel better with a vacuous 'reason' to carry on doing it.
Sadly, Islamic terrorism attracts massive publicity, and the media thrives on fear and mistrust.
But to answer the OP specifically, we have no right to show hatred fear and prejudice against the Islamic religion.
Such attitudes are borne of all the unpleasant aspects of humanity's psyche, fear of the unknown, disrespect for other faiths built on a human tendency towards national and ethnic superiority, and media flame-fanning, all of which creates a toxic atmosphere of hatred and paranoia.
But consider this - if you want to brand an entire faith as keen to destroy your own way of life, and regard all its followers as beneath you, and that you would prefer the planet if they were eradicated from it - then you are thinking like an Islamic terrorist - and who on earth would ever want to do that?
