How many end up in court and later convicted, have you any figures for that? Because I never see many convicted and sent to jail, if they are then we hear very little of them, the Jails must be brimming over.

A severe birching? Solitary confinement for several years? Incarceration in very strict prison for many many years? Swing them? Community service with tags?
