Doing some quick maths on this she musthe have told them when she was about 4 weeks pregnant. The instant she knew. There is no obligation to tell your employer for another 4 months. I wonder why she told them?

I worked with a pregnant woman who made a serious error of judgment on a particular matter.

Our supervisor dismissed it and put it down to 'baby brain' without any serious investigation which was definitely warranted...

I hope not.All opinions welcome,we can't agree all the time...
In the US it seems women are not pregnant untill after they have given birth so front line is fine.

However if you are right minded they are pregnant with a human being and shouldn't be on active duty.
