Before I answer, can I ask what Leavers' objections would be to this, specifically?
No specific objection. Just the general one that it removes decisions from the UK Parliament and places them in the hands of unelected civil servants. Quite important ones in this case.
Whats wrong with a European Army " United we stand Divided we fall"
We would have not fared so well in ww2 Without America Russia and other Allies.
Austria and Germany weren't much help, though.
A lot may then depend on the implementation. As we are presumably leaving anyway it seems to be the least of our concerns; and if we were staying in the EU then we would have had the chance to shape it far better -- and, I suggest, probably as one of the leading players.
//if we were staying in the EU then we would have had the chance to shape it //

Yes... we just have to get the other 27 countries to agree with us. Easy peasy
Well, yes. But that's what being a member of a club means, doesn't it?
No.
I remember this. Do you?

Ouch!
I think I may have "commented" on the prospect of a future EUSSR army in the past. This is not an army for protection from outside the pyramid scheme borders, it is an army to put down any dissent from within.

"""Mrs Meerkat isn't going to like this "compare the (Common) Market" to other organisation dot cons. is she? How she must wish that they had an army of millions to threaten the dissenters just like the original Soviet State did.(Remember Hungary). They don't have the "manpower", nor you may think millions of young able bodied men with no discernable employment or train and equip. They certainly wouldn't likely find them amongst the indigenous European populace would they. However have there not recently just been millions of just such young able bodied men imported into the EUSSR? Maybe that is the ultimate plan. Why not persuade them to take on the role of EUSSR enforcers with the promise of a stake in the future of the ponzi scheme? An EUSSR army(which they greatly covet) in the making. The new Mamaluk army of conquest and enforcement anyone? """

""It looks, then, like the British Army hierarchy has abdicated it's responsibility for discipline in the ranks to the Muslim Council of Britain. This is after the MOD started to trawl the Muslim terrorists from previous war zones looking for "complaints" against squaddies and their officers after they had endured months of under fire conditions. Add that to the recent swing towards making the armed forces part of the pc, transgender, gay pride, ethnic top trumps agenda and the likely outcome is easily forecast. Young white, predominately working class men who died in their millions for Britain are no longer welcome in the Army, and a Muslim army is what is being planned for. A recent survey of armed forces personnel revealed that the majority would refuse to shoot on their fellow British inhabitants in the event of internecine racial or religious street fighting. This has caused, of course, some consternation amongst the top brass, who likely see an army of mainly non indigenous combatants as the answer. God bless Lee Rigby's family as this plays out. Sign the petition in support of "our lads".""

"""It begins. This is the first move in the EUSSR plan to raise a muslim army of new mamluks to control the dissenters. Notice how it is dressed up as a way to encourage integration. That is yet another lie to add to the catalogue of lies already in use. Remember the survey taken by the British Armed forces that revealed that the men would not fire on the indigenous British in the event of the coming conflict? Rest assured these new recruits will....….do they not vow to kill us daily? Of course it will be dressed up as a means of making the millions of incomers into Europe feel that they have a stake in Europe...……...ours.""

Then we have the recent M.O.D recruitment policy which is intended to reduce our armed forces to this...…..all part of the "plan".

part of the new world order is it, Togo? Jolly good.
The New World Order is already with us. Be careful what you wish for.
We even had a designated "Hate Period" for a couple of school kids earlier yesterday Naomi. Orwell's warning has become the operations manual for the left wing globalists.
“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”
― Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn (1918-1956), The Gulag Archipelago.
They're building their future, Togo. Utopia ... or Cloud Cuckoo Land.
Does this mean when it gets serious we will have to rescue France!
Dystopia Naomi. Writ large. It is easier to fool someone than to show them they are being fooled.
