I can't get my head around that sort of mentality... it beggars belief beyond words.
Pity they can't birch them when they catch them.
In my opinion this kind of mindless vandalism stems from poor or zero discipline and guidance in childhood.
There's always a danger where there is unguarded running water that someone will empty a bottle of washing-up liquid or bubble-bath into it.

Hopefully, it will all be restored to order before Sunday.
This is awful, no question! However.... This one did make me chuckle, the suds reached the street LOL
At least it's had a good clean.
I guess it made the perpetrators chuckle too spath...
Happening everywhere nowadays because they know that they can get away with it.

meant to appeal to their lowlife druggy mates no doubt.
It simply reminds me of a centre parks holiday when i was very young where i put the bubble bath into the hot tub / jacuzi. The suds reached the roof! I had no idea of the consequences.

Like wise leaving day at my secondary school, someone filled the school fountain with suds and rubber ducks. It was jokes!!
LOL TTT you've got my sides hurting
Best implement martial law ay! It's all gettin too much :')
This mindless stuff has always gone on, our Town Hall Square Fountains were a regular target when I was in my teens.

Sheer thoughtlessness.
I've got to be honest Spath I wouldn't care and would probably think it funny if it wasn't a War Memorial. THAT makes it not funny.
haha, i do completely get that, but it honestly still Cracks me up :')
I agree the school fountain or whatever is amusing as a teenage prank - but a war memorial or similar shows utter lack of respect.
Prudie - // I agree the school fountain or whatever is amusing as a teenage prank - but a war memorial or similar shows utter lack of respect. //

I cannot but agree - except that, in order to show respect, you have to possess the intelligence to understand respect as a concept, and if you do possess that level of intelligence, that precludes actions like pouring soap suds into war memorials.
"I agree the school fountain or whatever is amusing as a teenage prank - but a war memorial or similar shows utter lack of respect."

The "prank" simply reminds me of my youth, which is why i find it funny. Not because it disrespects remembrance.
AH: "You have to possess the intelligence to understand respect as a concept," - indeed Andy, sadly their are morons among us who find this sort of thing amusing.
