I appreciate that the nature of threads is that they wander here and there as people bring in different aspects and points, but here we are, heading for four hundred posts, and this is about as far away from the original point as it's possible to get!
I think it has given everyone who thinks that Muslims are the spawn of the devil, intent on taking over the world and murdering us in our beds - and everyone else who thinks that is bananas, and people should just calm down and take an objective look at what is really going on, a chance to really get their views expressed, argued with, dismissed, or supported.
So, starting Monday, why don't we aim for an entire week on the AB where Islam is not mentioned or argued over.
What do you think are the chances?

Sanmac, another way of asking the question of the Islamopanderers is "how many more of your sacred principles are you willing to concede to keep in with your current "allies" and your aspiring masters?

Further to my earlier post which went without comment; Douglas Murray now informs us that Yesterday, the BBC revealed that they had got hold of a tape recording from a mosque in Didsbury. Not any old mosque, but the mosque that the Manchester Arena bomber – Salman Abedi – attended. The recording is from Friday prayers at the Didsbury mosque just six months before the Ariana Grande concert bombing.
It is possible, indeed likely, that the bomber who killed 22 people and gave lifelong injuries to many more was sitting in the congregation during this sermon. Abedi apparently bought a ticket for the Manchester Arena concert just 10 days after the sermon was given. In it the imam; Mustafa Graf, prays for the ‘victory’ of ‘our brothers and sisters right now in Aleppo and Syria and Iraq’ and clearly calls on his listeners to stop using just words and commit to action in the name of what two Muslim scholars who have listened to the tapes confirm to be ‘military jihad’.
Refusal to shake hands is the perhaps the least important aspect of our new so-called multicultural society.
