A mystery to us both then.
I do not know what this post is about BUT it upsets me when it comes up on latest posts all the time. PLEASE REMOVE - IT IS VERY UPSETTING.
Well, the milk may have been on the turn Baldric.
Oh JJ, don't let it upset you.
jennyjoan, I often come across things in latest posts that I don't like so I don't click on them. I just go elsewhere. Best policy.

JJ, why do you ask for a post to be removed when you say you don't know what it's about?
yes but my god this has been (whatever it is) going on for ages. I don't click on - all I know when it keeps on popping up on latest posts - it's not good - not for me.
I don't blame her for not wanting to shake peoples' hands. I'm not keen on that either.
Jennyjoan, you've clicked on this thread twice in the past few minutes because you've posted on it twice in the past few minutes.
JJ, this site is a melting pot of all sorts of things, as Naomi says just flick past what you dislike.

There's often something that may make me cringe but as long as the thread is valid then it stays.
Baldric - people seems to be obsessed whether good or bad about Muslim - I leave that alone. Again I can't even answer your question - I know I don't think it is a good "post".
Naomi - please take note of earlier posts - I have been having dreadful problems re posts - over and over and over and over again. I click on to ANSWER NOW and it doesn't happen - then obviously I must click on and on. So please forgive me -
// could have solved the problem by wearing gloves, as ladies used to do//

well yes and no - they would take the right hand glove orf to shake the hand and then the left hand holds the right glove as others troop up to shake hands....
Jennyjpan, you don't need to ask my forgiveness. I'm sorry you've been having problems but the way the AnswerBank works is nothing to do with me. I can only advise you to avoid that which you don't like - as we all do. Just don't click on the threads. It's not difficult.
The post, Jenny Joan, is about the ancient custom of shaking hands. It's usually attributed to strangers meeting and extending their right hands toward each to mprove they are unarmed.

A symbol, therefore, of trust, good will and mutual respect.
Bless you Peter Pedant - you're lovely xx

That's ^^^ it for me, I'm out of here.

That ^^^ was @ PP
