A correction to my post of Wed 00:46 in which I complained about events in Iran that were being ignored by the mainstream media. I gave this as an instance:

"...the two year sentence passed on the woman who was leading the recent hijab protest in Teheran - a protest asserting a woman's right not to be veiled".

The sentence was not two, but twenty years, two to be served in jail, the other eighteen on probation.

Odd how the mainstream media - together with the 'Me Too' brigade and its supporters - manage to consistently ignore these women.
