Why even our government seem eager to to place the blame on President Putin for the chemical attack on the Russian spy and his daughter, when they have as much proof than they have regarding it being a Islamic terrorist attack.

You cannot say that because you cannot know what proof they have. The UK authorities will notdivulge information from GCHQ and M15. Just because the evidence has not been revealed to the public, does not mean it doesn’t exist.
Even by MO, Islamic terrorists do not attack individuals with poison, but Georgi Markoff and Alexander Litvinenko were murdered by that method.
