Maybe I should have said ‘voice’ rather than seat. Article 50TEU’s specific condition reads:
‘Following the notification under Article 50 TEU, the member of the European Council representing the withdrawing Member State shall not participate in the discussions of the European Council or in decisions concerning it’
And you would be happy with that ZM?
Of course not. That’s one of the many reasons I voted remain.
So, in the circumstances, are you in favour of walking away now?
I’m not of a mind to form opinions on fantasy scenarios. We can’t walk away. We have to sit fast with duct tape over our mouths whilst they decide what will happen.

As a leave voter, are you happy with that?
No, and that is why I am in favour of walking away now, with or without a deal with those who seem determined to do us as much harm as they can,
But that’s not possible. There are legalities to see to. Do you understand that?
What legalities?. What can the EU do about it if we walk away?

Holy Jesus.
The rights of foreign citizens living here and ex pats living abroad.
Judicial cooperation.
Revoking our rights and obligations under EUTreaties. To name but three. Here educate yourself:

No need for the insulting words ZM. All that can still be done by us after we leave. And now it is my logging off time.
Yeah right. Typical leave voter.
And proud of being a Brexiter,
You should cut the government some slack, it doesn't have the experience in managing overseas trade and protecting industries that most on here have.
Exactly. Sheesh. You’ve just exemplified the uneducated stance of what I suspect was the majority of leave voters at the time of voting. Two fingers to authority and sod the consequences.
Where as the Remoaners are happy to accept the unelected and unaccountable "authority" of their masters in Brussels without a peep.
They can huff and puff all they like. Brexit is a done deal regardless of 'terms'. It WILL happen.
