The difference being there is a whole swayth of people willing to talk the UK down when there is no need.

The NHS on the other hand, well it has some very good parts and some very good people but the whole is unwieldy and unsustainable. Part of the problem is that it has been so sanctified that no one dare criticise it. Or dare to reform it.
