They are at best incompetent at worst deliberately making baseless predictions to support their own agenda. I work for a major world bank and you won't believe its attempts at bullying us to vote remain. We even had a heavyweight "debate" with three pro remainers including the then Chancellor of the exchequer and no pro leaver so you can imagine that it was a bit of a remain love in. Then there was the threat to British jobs if we did not tow the line.

They couldn't fool you though, Tora, you saw right through their little scheme and that's why you're on the customer facing security team. :)
Crystal ball gazing is a difficult thing to become expert in. Comes down to best guess about an environment that is chaotic, reacts to small change, even rumour. Best not to believe anyone who claims expertise in it. Just ensure bases are covered for the range of possible scenarios.
Douglas 14.42, LOL.
Beats me - tend to agree with O_G. They keep their little noses too the grindstone (aka computers) and don't actually look at what is going on.

For many years I have declaimed that accountants and financial experts are responsible for an awful lot of ills Please try looking back and thinking about this.
No, even the left leaning Remoaner paper have admitted they were wrong. FT's dodgy experts
