Hi, Eleena.....just undoing the benefit of a morning in the gym followed by a complete clear out of the garage by having a delicious sandwich and a glass of red then...
Off to hear Ned Boulting speaking about cycling and commentating which will involve more damage from a pint of Guinness....

Waiting on my sons girlfriend coming. I've bought her a bottle of wine too, she's had a stressful few days too. She flys out to Australia over the next couple of days! This may be the start of something totally new for her.
