If that statement does not fill you with dread that I would very much like to hear why.

StP....very vote counts and is never wasted ( well, perhaps voting for any of the loony-tunes, like UKIP or the Monster Raving's would be ! )

Tactical voting is what is called for here....who is likely to unseat the current candidate, if he or she is not what you want ?
Mikey .... Labour are in at the moment, the 2015 result was; Labour 18,017 ... Tory 14,207 ..... UKIP 5,566 .... Lib Dems 2,121. Last time I voted UKIP but feel that this time their race is run! It has always swung between Labour and Tory and has mirrored the national result since 1950.
Assuming the UKIP vote drifts back to the Tories it's looking a bit iffy for Labour in your neck of the woods.
So there it is, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place!
Abbott has a majority of 24,000 in her seat. She's going nowhere, alas.

I'm heavily on the Labour side of things and even I cannot stand her. She's like a left wing answer to Anne Widdecombe but less intelligent.
StP....From what you have said, then I can only conclude that you must live in a large, sea-faring town, on the South Coast !

From your previous voting pattern, it might be concluded that you are either a natural Tory voter, or a natural Labour voter.

Can I offer some small help perhaps....

If you want pensioners incomes to be potentially reduced in the future, your home to be seized by Mrs May, while your relatives are attending your funeral, and you would like fox hunting to return, then vote Tory ( ! ) ...sorry, not very good at these emotey things !
//or the Monster Ravings would be....//

Mikey, it does not become you to diss the late great David Edward Sutch, 3rd Lord of Harrow...... :-)
^ I hope Abbott doesn't appear on our screens on Strictly though she's good at putting her foot in it...
As a back-bench politician she was amusing. As a front-bench one she is positively alarming.
Mikey .... correct, south coast city, correct, past Labour voter!
This time I cannot vote Tory for the reasons you state plus others, and I cannot vote Labour because the sitting Labour MP voted against the triggering of article 50 and he and Corbyn are remoaners, whereas I am 100% for Brexit, a tactical vote is not possible due to the vast margins involved, so i will either vote UKIP or Independant, which in my view is a wasted vote, but I do not want to 'not vote'.
agchristie....don't go there...please !

After Widdecombe and Ball, I don't think I can stand another shock....the old heart won't take it !
StP....you have a quandary it would seem !

But we are going to go ahead with BREXIT, whatever you and I think, so that is done and dusted as we say here in Wales !

Time to move on.

Think about all the OAPS and the foxes....do you really want the Tories to get in again ? It could happen down your way....EC is predicting a very close win for Labour, but with predictions of 51% for Labour and 49% for the Tories, its going to be close !

There aren't many Labour seats on the South coast. I'm intrigued now to know which it is.
Jack....see above !

She was asked why the authorities failed to act on Abedi, despite many warning about his behavior. many from his own family and friends.

Many?
How do you know there were 'many'?
Which members of his own family warned the police?

They haven't named anyone in his family who warned the services. But they were warned about him by people who were close to him in the Muslim community on five separate occasions (although these mostly seem to have been friends/acquaintances rather than family members):

Mikey, homes are sold now to fund care for the elderly -- before the owner dies - often leaving nothing for the beneficiaries of a will to inherit. Furthermore, Mrs May has said that should the question of fox hunting arise she will allow a free vote. Nothing more than that. Spin all you like but don't take the reader for a fool. We all follow the news! That Jeremy Corbyn and Diane Abbott, who given the opportunity will bankrupt this country, represent anyone is worrying in
itself, but they do, it seems, represent you. You have my sympathy.
Thanks Kromo !
lol ... why are you thanking Krom?
He hasn't backed up your post.

Which family members reported him to the police?
Talbot, it's Mikey's way of demonstrating that he's ignoring me. :o)
