A policy to stop terrorists is hardly awful in and of itself, and may be well-intentioned. But sledgehammers and nuts come to mind. This is, so far, catching exactly no terrorists and exactly everybody else. So it's not a "policy to stop terrorists". It's just badly-implemented, badly-thought out, paranoid crap.

ZM, you know as well as I do that things can be implemented in different ways depending on interpretation. I was careful not to say it was but say it could be be and with all the Anti Trump hatred it is perfectly possible.
Why should I ask people from those Countries, not that there are any they are all Indian and India tends to hate Muslim countries so I doubt I will get far there.
Even so, it is up to the host Nation who they accept, perhaps if thesecountries rid themselves of terrorists then they would not have the problem?

Where did you hear that? The BBC say 1 to 2 hundred, and that may be an exaggeration. It's never straight forward to enter the USA, I've stood in lines for hours, even having all the right paperwork. Anyone who believes that you can simply travel around the world and go anywhere without any hindrance had better not venture beyond Margate.

It is a pity that our leaders don't follow Trump's lead, yet we continue to invite into our country such a diverse religion as Islam.
This in the future could cause many more problems in our own country than we have already experienced, especially when the various factions of this problematic religion confront each other here.
What I can never understand is the fact that those Muslims who are fleeing similar problems in their own countries choose to come to the West, but don't also don't choose to leave their Islamic faith behind?
Obviously what must attract them to the West is because these countries are specifically Christian, which even if one is not particular religious, one must admit, it has made our countries more safe and peaceful than Islam has made their countries.
This in the future could cause many more problems in our own country than we have already experienced, especially when the various factions of this problematic religion confront each other here.
