I think if you read the article
you will learn that the judge is not hopeful about enforcement like you 3T

( usually in these circumstances they just shrug their shoulders and say o well an order cannot be reasonably made )

Apparently not. Don't give her much of a chance, but fingers crossed-it needs an on-line storm (don't look at me).
The dad had better hope that he is not travelling on a plane over Britain , which has to make an emergency landing :-)
Got about as much chance of being enforced as Brighton Council saying (as they did) no fags allowed on the beach.
