Once the German people stir and demand their own referendum it will be all over. The fraudulent pyramid scheme calling itself a political alliance is finished. The people of Britain have kicked over the stones that hid the fetid corruption and self serving elite who's only aim was to shackle and harness the working people of Europe to enrich themselves. Later today "She who must be obeyed" and myself will crack open a bottle of shampoo and toast the common sense and bravery of our British brothers and sisters.

Far right in some other countries have been calling for their own vote for a while. We have just spurred them on.
Germany won't have one because Merkel will not allow it. Whoever happens to be the president, party leader or how ever many other fanciful titles they have in the EU she is actually the power behind it. Without her or Germany the EU would have wither away years ago.

UKIP never called or considered itself as far right cassa. United Kingdom Independence Party. Far right is the label attached to anyone and every idea by the Trotskyist left when they are not in agreement with the concept. Just like all the other nasty little sobriquets bandied about over the years. The echo chamber has been exposed by its own overuse and repetition of just such hollow klaxon blowing over the decades.

Though the AfD party has come on well recently, they suffer, as have UKIP in the UK, by the liberal soft centre, being branded by the usual nonsense of calling them racists and fascists.
Last evening at a private view, a German said to me "have you voted today", with an expression denoting a foregone conclusion that I would have voted to stay. When I said the opposite, his face dropped with incredulity. I outlined the reasons why and it seemed the unelected bureaucracy, the direction the EU was beeing steered - Turkey, a EU army, the damage done by the euro to the the Greeks, etc. it appeared that none of these had ever occurred to him.
The majority of Germans, tend to do what they are told.

Hmmm the period may be longer but not the level of uncertainty which if sorted/changed gradually gives the markets chance to adapt (i.e. panic and then return to sanity). Excess haste and knee jerk reaction leads to errors of judgement, less than ideal decisions, which all makes things more turbulent and extreme; but maybe that is exactly what those calling for speed is hoping for.

Regarding the "crashing, pound sterling", it has now risen back to where it was 10 days ago against the Euro.
