you do know to buy 1st-class and 2nd-class stamps without a price on them? Buy hundreds and they will be valid forever.

I think the price of stamps is pretty ok!.. work out how much it would cost you to get your letter etc to its destination by car etc.. courier...be a lot more!... Have a nice weekend all Mrs C x

I don't use many stamps but have already replenished mine after Christmas, I only use them for birthday cards , if I need to send a parcel I use couriers, at least I know when they've been delivered.

Am I the only one who thinks that postal rates are ridiculously cheap?

It costs me just £1 to send a birthday card to a friend in Italy, which is a tiny fraction of what would seem reasonable price to me to get something all the way from Suffolk to Trieste!
