Thursday. Yesterday was sunny, but a chilly breeze took the edge off it.

Today is looking like a good. Out to lunch with my oppo today. Going to the Swan in Wotton-under-Edge. I haven't been there for many years. I hope it hasn't changed too much.

I've just seen himself patrolling the garden, having seen off the lamb fat trimming I put out for him.

Afternoon oz. Thanks mate. Wotton-under-Edge is so named because it is under the edge of the Cotswold escarpment. It's a very old market town. very pretty with lots of lovely little local shops, three of which are bakeries all selling wonderful goodies. :o} The main shopping street is narrow, one way traffic and delightful. There is a wee organic shop there I visit often. I've become good friends with the staff there. On a side street is a disability shop owned and run by friends of mine, so I always drop in and have a cuppa with them.
