Tonight we had pork chops, mushrooms, tomatoes, peas and jacket potatoes. For some reason I also steamed a pan of jersey royals. We ate the jacket potatoes.

What can I do with a panful of cooked jersey royals tomorrow. Please don't suggest potato salad. We don't like it.

All suggestions welcome.

add butter, reheat in micro. or sauté them,
Fry them? Slightly crush them, put some oil on them and warm up/crisp up in the oven.
Fry them up with some chopped bacon and onion .
either of the above and some bacon into them, drizzle of oil, touch of maple syrup too....or basalmic
Sorry to hear that your stressed out, Yilly ( what have you been up to ).
Could you not re-heat the spuds tomorrow ( microwave, see gness ) and have them for lunch maybe.
Cut into smaller lumps & pan fry with some olive oil & bacon bits & garlic ... mmmm
potato salad
Slice thinly, add to softened onions ... then make a fritatta/tortilla.
add bacon and spring onions/cabbage fry. yum

Some really good suggestions here. (except for Bernie's)

I have never used my microwave for re-heating food. I only use it for making porridge and scrambled eggs.
That sounds good ( minus the cabbage ), anne.

Now is a good time to give it a go then, Yilly.

I also have an aversion to frying........anything.

Little roasties sounds good, puzzled.
tony , cabbage is very healthy, did we mention potato salad ?
Toss in olive oil, add rosemary and garlic, into a hot oven as they're already cooked, they'll crisp up lovely.
I know, anne, I do like cabbage sometimes.
