/// Extremely silly thread posted because the player is black and no other readon. ///

Why have you told us to read on if it is an extremely silly thread?

Regarding him being black, you also failed to mention that he is a Muslim footballer, which is what I put, not something that is a figment of your 'black' obsessed imagination.

// He is clearly anti Israel, but that is not the same as being anti
semitic. ///

If a person was clearly anti-African would that also not be the same as being Racist?
anelka has something of a reputation for the controversial - here's what he said to Domenech that got him sent home from south Africa 3 years ago....

'Right' thinkers do not try and control what newspapers a person reads.

Perhaps the reason for this is the fact that they are much more secure in their politics?
What a lot of fuss about nothing.

I cant stand the miserable frog, but all he did was pat his right upper arm on his teams badge, his friend Dieudonne uses his right arm to pat the left side of his chest!

Check the photos!
actually i am not secure in my politics, i think the current coalition a shambles, but i don't think Labour would have done any better by this stage of the game.
trt, read the thread, not the first time his friends has courted such controversy.
As you have done many times, you are presenting Africa as a country and not a continent. Someone who is anti a whole continent, including the millions of whites in South Africa would not automatically be racist, I am not sure there is a name for it other than bigot. If you were anti an African country, say Somalia and Somalians, then there is a good chance that is racially motivated.

The objection to Israel as a country (and not Jews) is that they are occupying someone elses land and treating the evicted peoples very badly. So To be anti Israel foreign policy is not racist, just as being anti american foreign policy is not racist.
that would be your viewpoint, however that take might not be everyone's regarding Israel and Palestine, seeing as how long and complex the whole history is of the region.
Africa is a continent, sure our poster knows that, perhaps its in the wording, some things get lost in translation.
// Right' thinkers do not try and control what newspapers a person reads. //

I am not trying to control what anyone reads. You can read whatever rubbish you want to. And when it is presented as fact I will counter it. I do not read the Guardian I read the Telegraph. But I recently see signs of it trying to steal the Mail's readers by copying it. As a reader, I think that is a bad move and will say so.
you read a tory paper, isn't it referred to as the torygraph....
and not just in recent days. I very rarely read a paper these days, money down the drain if you ask me, if i do it's the DM, but i don't swallow it chapter and verse no more the Guardian, no more any paper.
i used to read the Telegraph years ago, and enjoyed the cryptic crossword,

And where have I stated that fact?

But it matters not I mentioned Africa as a whole, and unless you are unaware of the fact, Africa is mainly inhabited by black people, and thus the mere suggestion of criticism towards black people instantly attracts accusations of racism.

But I now know that by your very comments about the Jews, does put you up for being accused of being an anti-Semitic at least.

Gromit, if you object to Israel's occupation, then surely it's the same for the people who are ensconced in it, Jews..

Since you were keen to remind me that Africa was a continent and not a country, may I also remind you that Israel is a country that in it's self cannot occupy another's land and also treat the evicted people very badly, this has to be done by the people who occupy that land, which in this case is the Jews.

So your feeble attempt at trying not to accuse the Jews ie (and not Jews) cannot work, so admit it you just don't like Jews.

Isn't there a word for that?
