It would seem that Scotland Yard are getting ready for the massive increase of Eastern Europeans coming to this country in the new year.

Is it right to import foreign police to take care of possible eastern European criminals, or is this proof that are our own police are now already overstretched dealing with foreign criminals, to do the job themselves?

It appears that if you do not submit to the word of the OP, to the letter, you put your membership of his fan-club at risk. I have a vision of the OP, sat in his kitchen, in his underpants with maybe a wife-beater vest to top it off, and a pot of vitriol steaming away by his side as he bangs away at his keyboard in an effort to browbeat anyone and everyone into becoming a believer.
// Yet another failed search attempt Gromit //

It wasn't from a search it was from your link. I clearly stated that. As well as reading your own links, you should try reading the replies properly.

The International Force has been set up by an EU initiative to aid police cooperation throughout the EU Countries. It has no juristiction outside the EU.

Ah I see what you mean, I didn't scroll down to them, well spotted.
as posted earlier, that's probably because the system is word-searching for the miss-spelling 'prepaired'

What strange circles you must move amongst so as to have visions such as those, or you couldn't possibly be sitting in front of a full length mirror could you?

Ah ah, it appears there may, just may, be a SOH there ^^^^ afterall!
Like Naomi, I had thought this was going to be a story about Scotland Yard needing an influx of Romanian coppers on a secondment because of the expected deluge of Eastern European Boy Scouts. Cannot trust that lot an inch ;)

And nether did I say it has, what I was asking if we need foreign police from EU countries in our country, why isn't it also necessary to have representation from all the various non EU countries we import criminals from?

PS Hate to point it out, but shouldn't it be 'jurisdiction'?

Have all of Answerbank's English teachers gone home?

Breaking news: The words 'Be Prepared' or even the AOG translation 'Be Prepaired' should never again be used in case it has visions for some of the 'Boy Scouts', whoops!!!!! I mean 'Scouts'.
Oops - had forgotten girlies were allowed in the Scouts now :)
AOG, which non-EU countries do you have in mind? This is an agreement within the EU for sharing intelligence on organised crime and for policing within its borders, so is does not extend beyond it, as you appreciate.

Now, we have, through Interpol and other arrangements, sharing with other countries' forces already. That's why I ask which countries you have in mind which have organised crime with a cross-border element. I can't think of any which may need foreign officers to come here to help on scene with intelligence ( which is not to say there aren't and it that doesn't happen), though we do know that British officers go abroad to help foreign forces with intelligence and crime-solving.

If you are going to highlight every one of my spelling errors, you are going to be a very busy man.

Not sure how I have qualified for your services, I made no comment on your error in the title.
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? Who will guard the guards?

I apologise for that Gromit, you know I am not one to highlight other's spelling mistakes, I am only sorry I had to use your errors to highlight the fact that the usual suspects are a little selective with their spelling criticisms.
It's only words AOG, just shrug it off!
Yes, AOG. Please ignore it. By your logic, it will stop, won't it? Hang on, I thought you said that blacks who were abused should ignore it or laugh it off. Do you not do the same?

I agree they are only words from which I can defend myself, I don't continuously seek new laws and organisations to protect me from such abuse.
