Oh yes. He is to pay a fine instead. This is after it was reported that his transfer would make no difference and that he would still have to complete the community service.
Would have done him good to spend some time in the real world.
Really makes me very very cross.

Never had or will have that sort of money.
He broke the law, was sentenced and has evaded that sentence. I would not have broken that law in the first place so your question is irrelevant.
No, I would not use money to shirk my responsibilities.

all footballers arent all that thick

Cantona after he had cannoned into the swearing fan,
did community service by teaching footie to skool kids

and did a lot of good, motivating wherever he went etc...

The difference was that Canta liked the Mancunians and Tevez doesnt

Yes Daisy it is a generalisation
but it is also slef-referential - that is, it refers to itself, and in this case leads to a paradox.

All generalisations are misleading including this one,

so.... (generalisations mislead) is itself misleading (or wrong)
so... generalisations dont mislead....
