He comes across as a bit of a prat but he`s not stupid by any stretch of the imagination. He`s a suitably flamboyant character for the Mayor`s job but I wouldn`t like to see him in serious politics. At least he`s got a bit of spirit and he`s much more high profile than any London Mayors before him.
