That didn't work :(
I don't consider myself to be British but even if I did I would find it a dismal waste of money on an archaic display of pride and stupidity when the poor of your country are being asked to be ever more careful with their hard earned money and soup kitchens and food distribution centres have been set up in inner city areas whilst people are told there is no money for the best drugs to treat them of their illnesses and countless people are being made redundant and forced out of their homes. I harbour no personal ill will against the royal family, in fact I pity them, as they have no meaningful place in any forward thinking modern world and are currently in limbo between being still adored by the ageing masses and thought pointless by the rest of us.
yep - am there :)

Blame the banks Nox, not the HMs fault.
I'm not blaming the Queen etc at all, if you recall I actually said I'm somewhat sorry for them, but seriously to waste so much money when all the common people are being told is that we must have ridiculously crippling austerity measures, is just for me totally unacceptable- still each to their own as they say.
thanks for the posting tambo , missed it on telly.
Less money for Greece. Does that make it better Nox ?
No not at all Tambo, I think the whole thing is an utter disgrace. As I said I have nothing against the royal family as individuals but this is everything that's WRONG with Britain, not right with it (nice video though and everything impressively carried out just a terrible, terrible waste of money and effort).
Absolute waste of money as is all the planned jubilee celebrations. I thought we were broke !!!
