You've not to exercise yourself over this hypocrisy, Gulliver.

These are very important people and are supported by an army of delusional drones on here and elsewhere.

COP aimed at cutting global emissions? Really? Isn't it about the highest polluters, total and per capita, justifying why they're going to continue using coal, gas and oil? And maybe chipping in a few quid for little islands that are going to be submerged.

Wonder if Boris will try and get in in the act . He loves Parties.

I'd choose different language but I thought the same, gulliver.

The PMs official spokesperson claimed said there was nothing wrong with the *tax payer paying* for so many flights since this Goverment is not anti flying and is pushing  new sustainable fuels.

...........And the band played believe it if you like.......

Understandable  for The King and Prime Minister.   But Cameron could travel with either.  It isn't allowed for two people essen tial to the  country to travel together.

Come fly with me come fly with me, on a great big holiday. Oh ya. And poor old Matt is sitting in the dock. :>)

Doesn't Da King drive an Aston Martin? Or is it a Bristol? Say it all really.

It's done purely in case of a air crash.  I'm sure the King and Sunak would  be quite happy travelling together, but they aren't allowed to

Nicebloke .11.17 ."And poor old Matt is sitting in the Dock" Thinking "I'm a Celebrity get me out of here"

Question Author

Countrylover 11,18 "It's purely in case of an air crash" Not a problem for Cameron. He is used to parachutes after all he was parachuted into The House of Lords to take up a Cabinet Position.

^^ :0)))

Holding these meetings remotely would better serve the environment.  No travel necessary.

Probably Naomi.  The last place I would choose to go on holiday would be Dubai though!

Wonder if Cameron will be flying in "Cam -Force-One That Cameron had refitted at a cost of £10million when he was PM  Then Boris Johnson had repainted Red White and Blue at a cost of £100,000 when it was his turn.

Just plane daft.

I couldn't care less who uses a private jet or drives a fancy car. If they can, why not? I certainly would.

//// I couldn't care less  ////

That's exactly the sort of apathy which undermines all the green initiatives.

drmorgans: //Doesn't Da King drive an Aston Martin? Or is it a Bristol? Say it all really.//

He drives an Aston Martin & regularly did so through my village when I lived in the Cotswolds, but it isn't as simple as that, he has two Vauxhall saloons full of cops & bodyguards always with him.
