Well, the jury found him not guilty................

not uttered by way of abuse or insult nor were they intended to be abusive or
insulting.'

Admittedly, that's taken slightly out of context of the judgement as a whole, but to pretend that this is "friendly banter" is really beyond the pale...
Any truth that he said "I'm delighted to be exonertated; I told you that black c*nt was lying?

As Mark says, how this can be passed off as"friendly" banter is utterly beyond belief.
