I should have remembered that however many cock ups this government make, alarm bells never seem to ring with you. There's not one single thing Hancock has done to be positive about, because he's achieved nothing in 7/8 months, the only thing he has managed is to throw millions of pounds away on duff tests and duff PPE. And here's another 500 million down the drain for sure.
