Evening chappie! No - I'm quite happy with my Vax. Works brilliantly, easy to empty and clean - and came with a 10 year guarantee! Best I've ever had. x

Howdy Ice.

Love the idea of the robot doing the vacuuming, but I'm thinking along the lines of the robot looking like a fella ...... hmm, best not go there!

Just received a flyer from our local cash n carry, and they're trying to flog these robotic cleaners ....... well their sales patter fell on deaf ears here!
From what i've seen of them..they're slow. OK., it means you don't have to do the job yourself, but you could've vacuumed the whole house by the time they've finished a room! And what about the hard-to-remove bits that sometimes get ingrained into your carpet? Doubt the robot keeps going over it, so...personally, i wouldn't bother!

Aye, my thoughts as well Ice. Bet the little b*gger can't do the stairs!!!!
And would he valet the car?
i would rather hire a profressional cleaner to clean my apartment :)
those robots are slow just like what icey said. and too expensive to maintain. it doesnt do anything, its brainless u have to watch it and instruct it 24/7!!!!
