it was a dance tune from one of the world/euro cups around the 2000-2002 time....it was played all over and is still used all the time. it starts with drum banging and theres no words

the track was by Dario G and called Carnival de Paris, was originally used for the 1998 World Cup then re-released for the 2002 World Cup
