It was written by The Sun readers - Ben Gray and Albert Siesta, known as the Tonedef All Stars.

The song is called "Who Do You Think You Are Kidding Jurgen Klinsmann"

It was written by The Sun readers - Ben Gray and Albert Siesta

"written" being shorthand for "nicked wholesale from an elderly sitcom, slightly altered, and a rap that makes John Barnes look good stuck in near the end", I guess ;-)
