My company is currently producing a game proposal that requires music tracks similar to the one used on the Appletiser advert. Tried hunting the web for it, but like yourself couldn't find what it was. So got in touch with the advertising adjency that produced the advert. They say that the music was special created for the advert, so isn't available to the public. :( Shame, cause it's a lovely track.
