How realistic is this? I mean, do you need to be able to go 24 hours without food or sleep and not let it affect your work at all to be in a place like CTU.

...... and never have to charge your mobile phone ........
Yeah it is a bit of a p***take but lets face it I think in 4 series I have seen him eat once!
Once in 4 years is more than enough in 24 time
And never pee.

I think they do all those things in the advert breaks. Time still goes by, but you don't see what they get up to. They probably use that time to ring home and say they won't be back for dinner.
well it is a television programme after all, and seeing as no one else is sticking up for it, its the BEST thing on TV I have ever seen!! not only the concept of making this real time (which must be a ****** to film) but always edge of the seat gripping viewing.
I really don't need to mention how popular it really is seeing as it hits top viewing all over the US regularly and even here in the UK its as popular as ever - even now its had 5 seasons worth!
Two words: F**KING AMAZING!
