I've had a song going round my head for a couple of days but I don't know the artist or the title.

I'm pretty sure it's from the 60's by a group similar to the Fortunes.

 It's an upbeat song and the chorus starts with the words, "Whoa Whoa".

 I know it's a long shot but thanks for any information.
