Good.
Hi, me!

I was surprised the Judge ( 'judgie-baby') didnt walk into court and say " Dont we know the law on this?"

( J. in Gazza privacy case before Eady had made up the common law on this. The J ( judgie baby) then mused, "There is an opera Gazza ladra), the silken ladder.)

the silk flunked indeed there may be my lord and simpered expensively

The court reporter cruelly pointed out that Las Gazza Ladra was thieving magpie, the silken ladder was La scala de sete and neither starred an association footballer

I digress
dont we know the law on this?
is a bit of a case-killer

Gazza's privacy case was thrown out
Bad news for Sturgeon also. She must also take her share of the blame.(She punted the elderly from hospitals into elderly care homes aka death homes). No wonder she resigned. She jumped before she was pushed.
God . I've been out all day with my elderly pals . I come back to the usual Hymie boring dross on a posted video full of drivel because he can't actually construct a debate by himself. I read the answer from a drivelling loon who spouts unintelligible nonsense which is totally irrelevant to the post. I should of known better to read this nonsense.
Bed time calls. I will get better conversation in my dreams
Retro; we don't really need this sort of stream of consciousness dialogue when you get home from a session with your elderly pals. Best if you simply nod off until the next morning. Sleep tight.

Looking at the BBC news and today’s national press, this piece of good news seemed to have hardly got a mention by the main stream media – strange.
As soon as I see your name I know it’s going to be a crappy video that jumps out at me, why can’t you hold a debate without them???
I think it's time site rule 18 is removed.

You don’t need to view the video to know about this piece of good news, but I’ve not seen notification anywhere else – without the video, people might think I’m making up the good news.
It's quite clear that some users on here (most users, actually)
don't like these errors being brought to light and showing what a load of lying to ss ers the Tories are. Never trust a Tory! :o)
"but I’ve not seen notification anywhere else"

theres the answer , staring you right in the face but youre too dumb to even see it...did it ever occur to you that the vast majority couldnt give a ----(insert four letter word of choice)
Good news.... but why you pretend it's been hidden by the media...there's been reports..eg https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/sunak-boris-covid-inquiry-whatsapp-b2370608.html.
O look it was on bbc news to

God . I've been out all day with my elderly pals ........ I should of known better to read this nonsense.

Tush - this is not a case where the police lie to get convictions

But where the judge says - - gimme gimme gimme
( I am expressing it simply for ABers)
The govt ( naughty boys!) say no no no

and the judge says huffily - I am a judge for chrissakes, do you really think I dont know the law on this ?

The govt's case was that they were better judges ( hem hem) than a judge was - concerning the relevance of information in a case where they had already been shown to be liars

guaranteed losers

I have no idea why Retro was so abusive to dear old Hyme.
glad the old lads had a good day tho
why is everyone so insulting to dear old Hyme?
he is right - the govt was trying to secrete info from the inquiry
and were defeated in court

The judgement is not secret and took a few mins to find on the High Court site. The main diff is the cutesy-wootsey title

I think it's time site rule 18 is removed.

Is that the one that says - anything remotely sensible or rational will be quickly deleted

I think it probably has been then
