morning, Thursday already, the days are whizzing by. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?

I have no plans for the day, except go over my list of things to do next week.

Today's forecast for the capital is a lowly 13c with rain showers.

I am ok thanks, i have a lot to do in the next week, with the op coming up soon. Things to take and chores to do that i may not be able to do after the op.

i confess i am stressed and scared in equal measure, but what can i do, can't live like this for the rest of my life, limping and in pain, so have to trust that all goes well.

we could do with a few sunny days to be honest. Am heartily sick of this constant deluge, next week is going to be more of the same apparently, except Monday which is supposed to be sunny all day.. we live in hope.
