well you shouldnt be - you're in the business arent you ?

anyway remember that you can take 6 g of paracetamol a day and I would certainly kick off with 2g ( youre a big boy arent you ? ) and at least 250 mg ibuprofen every six hours

and then look for something stronger

and remember that staying on top of pain takes less pain killer than allowing it to take hold and then taking some


and bear in mind that it is well written up that the nursing staff fail to give pain relief that is written up post op and is a leading cause of pain

Not in any real pain, though it'll be a tiny bit uncomfortable after having it done under local anaesthetic!!
