And why...

Could be U2 ....... Why .... Even though I have seen U2 on a few occasions I think Bono has made far too much 'money to talent' ratio. They have a limited back catalogue considering how long they have been going, spew out live albums because they have nothing new to offer

Richest pop/rock star in the world now .....lucky man.

Could be Pet Shop Boys ... why ?

they are Sugar.

First I'd get hold of a Tardis. Then I'd go back in time, start with the Sex Pistols and work my way through every last piece of talentless arse-gravy that's passed as entertainment over the last thirty-five years up to, including, and especially, the Arctic Monkeys. Either that or I'd save it all to a hard-drive and make Louis Walsh listen to it on an endless loop for the rest of his life.
Kylie Minogue. Allways makes me think a little girl is singing.
Always makes me WISH a little girl was singing ...
factor30 - you must have missed it . . .

Foo Fighters - what an unkept, head nodding bunch of long haired, noise-making numpties.
When I saw the question I immediately thought of Salvador Dali, then I saw some of the answers.

My answer to the music one is.....all of them, I'm afraid I go back much further back than the modern era.
Get rid of the Kardashian family-all of them!
Get rid of the Kardashian family, all of them...................PLEASE!
Surely it's Tracy Emin who was made Professor of Drawing when she can't draw..what a practical joke he Royal College has played on her but she doesn't see it (yet).
Robbie Williams
Michael Jackson is the single most over-rated and least entertaining artist I can think of. He had a great albim, "Thriller" and a few hits with Paul McCartney and on his own as well as wihe Jackson Five. Overall the reason for his popularity is because he died a couple years ago. Think about it: he was a good dancer and could sing, so what?
Sting
For sir.prize. We normally agree on things but I disagree with you about the Foo Fighters. How can you dislike this?

factor - for a start, there is someone bashing dustbin in the background, then a guy starts talking (shouting) loudly, definitely not singing. He has no melody, no tone and the lyrics mean absolutely nothing. Tell me factor, can you translate this:
Too alarming now, to talk about
Take your pictures down, and shake it out
Truth or consequence, say it aloud
Use that evidence, race it around

In my opinion, total rubbish with a capital C.

Crap ?
Maybe, sir.prize. Can you give me an example of something that you think is good music ?

(By the way, I've given up answering those advert music questions as I don't think the poster reads my answers)
Paul McCartney.
|factor - I'm afraid I can't. People of different ages, different cultures and different understandings like different music. I value the lengthy practice put into the art by the classical and professional musical artistes. Too often a group of acne-vented, long-haired individuals (for the sake of another word) pluck a guitar, murder an electronic organ, bash hell out of a set of drums, bawl down a microphone and call it music. And why oh why does a guy think he looks great wearing a stupid hat, perspiring profusely, spluttering his way through his latest 'hit' inside a hot studio - you see it so often? Yoof of today - Bah scumbags.
Possibly Picasso, although I did like his blue period, but, let's face it - if you can't paint invent cubism !
Bob Dylan.

I'm sorry, I have just never got him.
