Who is the person in the last scene of teh opening credits of Emmerdale doing the garden in the main steet. I don't regonise him as a regular character

Everyone in the opening titles are not regular actors in the soap. That's because if someone leaves the soap they don't have to re-shoot the titles. Just like all other soaps really.
