Can i drive a three wheeler on a full bike license?

Yes......and there are [http://www.berrybrookcompacts.co.uk/] some four wheelers you can drive on a bike license too. Check it out........just leave your dignity behind.
But if I remember correctly, you must have the reverse gear blocked off. It is assumed that if you only have a bike licence, you don't know how to reverse! Ho hum.
Strange thing is, there are some bikes, can't remember which, that have reverse gears, I think for when they have sidecars fitted! 
Shame they don't make those BondBugs anymore they looked ok, kinda futuristic at the time. 

They did away with the reverse gear thing many many moons ago.

My 6ft4in brother-in-law drives an automatic Microcar [complete with reverse gear] because he can't be bothered sitting a car test.

Cost him about the same as a new Fiat Punto.   Seems strange to me.......but he's an in-law so that might explain it.
