Sounds unlikely if you only 'nudged' it...

If you have involved your insurance company, you must inform them of this latest allegation.

The other party is not your friend...!!

you can ask for an engineers report, he will check whether any damage underneath is old or been caused by the knock.

Tell `em` to `go forth and propagate` or in other words,....................off ah, ah, I`ll get banned.
At the speed you mention its tosh.
at this speed you wouldnt even crack the paint on the bumper never mind damage anything behind or underneath!!tell the nob hes a chancer
working in a bodyshop i can assure you its extremely rare to repair underneath/floors in accident conditions. Especially with such a light impact .Possibly sill repairs but any floor repairs are usually solved with a few taps of a hammer. Due to not being seen and covered in underseal no cosmetics / paint are required . One thing must be remebered though with the use of so many plastic bumpers sill covers etc. after impact they pop back into shape often hiding the damage to the panel behind.
