how do i get my free speed camara soft ware from my sony sat nav can not seem to do it may be im to old to under stand it cannot get my id number from sony

Hi Keith,
Is your problem getting the Instalation DVD to work with your PC?
If so, I had the same problem and solved it by attaching the USB cable directly to my PC. ( Not via an extension cable or a hub ).
Even when you do make a good contact, the setting-up procedure is still a &*%$*�$ Nightmare.
